Registration and Payment Policy
You must register by phone in advance of the class date to attend training. Submitting a Purchase Order (PO) does not ensure a registration, therefore please register the student via phone.

Call Deb Perreault at (204) 989-0202 ext. 111. When selecting a class date from our course outline pages, remember if you register within 5 days of a class, you will incur a late registration fee. This fee covers our increased costs to express ship books, late computer provisioning, etc. The fee varies by course.
Confirmation
After registering you should receive a confirmation notice via email within 24 hours. It will be directed to the email address you supplied at the time of registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation notice within 24 hours of registering, contact us at 989-0202 ext. 111 to verify that we have received your registration.
Confirmation emails are also sent if you cancel or reschedule a registration.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of registration via cheque unless other arrangements are approved in advance.
Company Purchase Order: Must be pre-approved by Apptius Computer Solutions Inc. Company Purchase Orders (PO) pre-approved by Apptius Computer Solutions Inc. need to be faxed to our office as soon the registration has been made.
PO must include:
- student's name
- course title
- class location
- class date(s)
- accounting contact

Company Cheque: Company cheques pre-approved by Apptius should be made payable to Apptius Computer Solutions Inc. and must be mailed well in advance of the class to our address seen below…

Substitutions, Cancellations, Make-up Scheduling
If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, you may send a substitute to attend at the originally scheduled class date at no additional charge. However, if you cannot find a substitute, you will be subject to the class cancellation policy.
Cancellations and Rescheduling by student
Because we are shipping courseware for your class in addition to scheduling rooms, assigning instructors, and provisioning computer resources, we appreciate advance notice whenever you have to make a change to your registration.
- Advance Notice Cancellations/Reschedules
Cancellations or reschedules received more than 10 working days before the class will be processed promptly. Any payments received are eligible for full refund upon cancellation.
- Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations received 10 or fewer working days before the class will not be refunded and students will be liable for all course-related fees. However, students are eligible to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge using our Make-Up Scheduling policy (please see below).
- No Shows
Students who do not attend class and do not provide any advanced notice will be charged in full for all course-related class fees. Paid in-full no shows are eligible to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge using our Make-Up Scheduling policy (see Make-Up Scheduling Policy below).
Make-Up Scheduling Policy
Students are permitted one (1) no additional charge Make-Up opportunity to attend the class that was paid for, but not attended. Make-Up classes should be requested more than 10 days before the new class date. We reserve the right to limit make-up registrations based on class capacity.
You may change your scheduled Make-Up class date provided you do so more than 10 working days before the class starts.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the class start date and No Shows will result in the forfeit of the no additional charge make-up opportunity. Students who forfeit their no charge make-up but wish to reschedule can do so with the payment of an additional fee. Please call for details.
Cancellations by Apptius Training Centre
Apptius reserves the right to cancel a training class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the unlikely event a class is cancelled, we will notify registrants as soon as possible. In those cases you may choose to receive a full refund of your registration fees or receive credit toward another class.
Other Costs
Travel arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the attendee. When booking travel we suggest that you obtain refundable reservations. Apptius will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.
