Responsibilities:
The primary role would be to deliver Microsoft Official Courses to adult students in our classrooms. Secondary roles may include assisting with the set-up of the courses.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
- Certified MCT
- Minimum of two years training experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills
- All courses delivered in English
- Experience in training adults in a classroom setting
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude and the ability to handle concerns in an appropriate place and manner
- Industry experience using Microsoft technologies would be an asset
- Conduct ongoing, regular Microsoft technical training classes for various clients in our classrooms
- Plan and implement training associated with new technology deployments and upgrades
- Ability to customize curriculum, design courses and create materials to develop and implement learning solutions as per client needs
- Demonstrated knowledge of training methods and best practices for user training on application software including thorough understanding of training techniques on Microsoft technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and strong client service orientation
